About Greg

Greg has more than 25 years of experience in human resources within the commercial real estate, retail and human services industries. He has been responsible for all aspects of human resources, including employee/labor relations, recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, workers’ compensation, HR systems and payroll. His varied and comprehensive experience has permitted his teams to significantly improve employee engagement while supporting successful business outcomes.

Greg previously served as Vice President of People and Talent Development for Goodwill Industries of Dallas, a non-profit with the mission of helping individuals with barriers to employment build skills and find employment to let them live the full potential of their life. Prior to Goodwill Dallas, Greg was Vice President – Human Resources for Paradies Lagardère, a leading travel retail and restauranteur in North America.

Greg holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and French from Lawrence University as well as a master’s in Management from Lesley University.
