Natalya is responsible for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic partnerships and joint ventures (JVs) as the head of Extenet’s Corporate Development.
Natalya joined Extenet in July 2021 and serves as Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, she is responsible for leading the company’s strategy and M&A initiatives to drive growth through organic and inorganic means. Natalya brings to Extenet 10-plus years of experience creating shareholder value through the development of corporate strategy, execution of growth initiatives and the integration of strategic investments across wireless infrastructure and broadcast media sectors.
Prior to joining Extenet, Natalya served as the Director of Finance and Strategy for Cumulus Media (NASDAQ: CMLS), an audio-first media and entertainment company, where she played a key role in supporting the company’s strategic initiatives, including M&A, strategic partnerships, capital markets, financing activities, board relations and investor relations.
Prior to Cumulus, Natalya co-founded and served as the Vice President of M&A at Phoenix Tower International (PTI), where she led all aspects of business development and corporate strategy, driving the company’s rapid growth by executing more than 50 complex domestic and cross-border transactions over a three-year period, creating one of the largest privately held tower companies in the world with operations across eight countries.
